So hot today I just couldn’t convince myself to eat anything too hot or too heavy.
Moreover, humid heat always affects my mental capacity ?so creativity was fantastically lacking today…? So…this is like the simplest and most uninventive salad ever. It contains ? giant cous cous cooked in a vegetable broth, lots of peas, ? and edamame, cherry ?, baby spinach, rocket, mixed seeds and some vegan salad cream. Oh I also put some of my daughter’s leftover haricot beans on ?
