Sometimes you have too many toppings so you gotta add another TOAST ? Happy Tuesday lovelies! I’ve been going nonstop past couple days with work and appointments, but I have made it a point to take scheduled breaks recently…I can be a total workaholic and I work for myself. If I don’t schedule down time, it usually doesn’t happen! Toasting to Tuesday FOUR ways today…which one would you choose?



Deets: Four sliced sweet potato toasts (cut about 1/3 inch thick and baked on 400 for about 30 minutes (I actually prepped these the other day and heated them in toaster oven. 1️⃣Wild smoked salmon, avocado, micro greens, everything but the bagel seasoning, tahini. 2️⃣ Homemade coconut milk yogurt, strawberries, chocolate chia seeds and a drizzle of @lilys_sweets_chocolate. 3️⃣ Pesto cauliflower sauce (recipe in yesterday’s post, arugula, tomato, soft boiled @vitalfarms egg. 4️⃣ Brownie batter spread (no added sugar recipe on the blog), banana, frozen raspberries, @bhufoods granola and @spreadthelove almond butter crunchy style. •
