Starting my day off with more oats 😊
I made my oats today with:
~ 75g jumbo oats
~ a pinch of cinnamon
~ ½ small mashed 🍌
~ a splash of vanilla extract and
~ 250ml of unsweetened almond milk. .
I cooked for only around 4-5 minutes on the stove because I prefer my oats with lots of texture.
For extra goodness and some crunch I topped with blueberries, apricot, soy yogurt, toasted🌰, cranberries and toasted pumpkin seeds.
The parsley was originally there only for decorative purposes but…I quite enjoyed eating it with my oats. It’s a different flavour but I really liked it.
