Starting off the week and Earth ? Day with this DAIRY FREE “RANCH” PASTA and CHIPOTLE SHRIMP! Perfect for this rainy day. This pasta was so easy and made with dairy free yogurt and tahini, and the shrimp too like 5 minutes! Ever since I saw @kalememaybe Make ranch pasta I have been craving it. Happy Monday loves! hope you all had a fantastic holiday weekend. To be honest I worked most of yesterday, but at least Saturday was well spent in the city with my boyfriend biking around. We did manage to make a brunch yesterday and a roast last night. I have a crazy next week getting ready for the Everything Food Conference in Utah. I’m speaking on a panel! Anyone else going? •

Deets: @marinadelreyfoods Shrimp boiled then tossed in chipotle hot sauce and coconut aminos (I used @sietefoods Sauce), avocado and eatbanza pasta with tomatoes and sautéed spinach and this ranch sauce. Ranch sauce (makes enough for a whole box of pasta): 1/2 cup @kitehillfoods yogurt, 2 teaspoons @woodstockfoods tahini, 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and salt/pepper to taste. •
