SUMMER PALEO PIZZA! We’re having a heat wave ? here in Boston…definitely did not feel like cooking! I had roasted some tomatoes and peaches this week…soooo I made this pizza by just heating up @mikeys pizza crust in the toaster oven! Topped with some of my kale hemp seed pesto from last week (reposting recipe below), avocado, roasted tomatoes, roasted peaches, arugula, micro greens, vegan Gouda, tahini and hemp seeds. This combo was LIT! Happy weekend loves and happy Holiday!! What’s everyone’s plan for the weekend?!! •

Pesto Recipe: 1/4 Cup Hemp Seed, 1/4 Cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 Cup parsley, 1 head of lacinato kale. Remove thick stems from kale and chop it up. Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth!
