One food rule breaker used to think desserts were only for after dinner when you’ve been “good” all day. Can you relate? 🙋♀️BUT… now, she can have a sweet treat whenever the urge strikes- without feeling guilty or worrying about making it “fit”. 😍⠀

I used to feel the same about sweets, to be honest. 🙈4 years ago I would have looked at a cookie and thought “Why?” Sure I WANTED it, but I thought snacks HAD to always be packed with protein or be whole foods. So, I’d pass up a cookie every time. 🍪And then… I could NOT stop thinking about the cookie while eating my non-fat, plain greek yogurt.😫⠀

. ⚡️New flash!!⚡️There is no wrong time of day to eat a cookie. Not every snack needs to be packed with protein or have a big dose of veggies. If you want a cookie, allow yourself to have one. 🤩When you deny your true cravings you’ll probably be A.) Cranky pant McGee to everyone around you 😡 B.) Go HAM on sweet treats (or whatever your craving food is!) later on in that sort of “binge mode”.⠀
