TACO bout yummy days….Aren’t Tuesdays just the best?! I of course needed some tacos today…soooo I roasted up some chicken, sliced some beautiful colorful carrots, added some arugula, zucchini ribbons, sautéed mini Brussels, scallions, avocado, dairy free cheese from @nuttin_ordinary_products, @pickledplanet kraut, @shanleyfarms finger limes and put them on some @mikeys tortillas. Drizzled with some balsamic and bam! So freaking good! Happy Tuesday lovelies!
