⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Meal dEats: •1 lb chicken thighs •8 oz chow mein noodles • Veggies (we used 10 oz/4 cups shredded cabbage + 2 cups shredded carrots + 3 cups bean sprouts + 2 celery stalks + 2 garlic cloves, minced + 2 tsp freshly grated ginger •sauce (1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce + 1 tbsp fish sauce + 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil + 3/4 tbsp sugar)⠀

⠀⠀ Directions: Whisk together sauce ingredients; set aside. Chop veggies and set aside. In a large pot or wok, cook chicken thighs until done; remove and let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Add veggies to pot and cook until tender. While veggies cook, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook noodles. Add sauce, sliced chicken, and noodles to veggies and toss to combine. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!⠀
