Tater Tuesday CASSAVA style! Happy Tuesday loves 🙃 I bought some cassava (yuca root) this weekend and been meaning to try making some fries, and they are WORTH it! So crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (see my stories for instruction). Paired it with a sriracha tahini yogurt dip (below), kale, tomatoes and avocado. Also made some CRISPY salmon and added some @bonafideprovisions bone broth after I seared the top of it…added nutrients and moisture! I’ve been using a lot of bone broth recently in my cooking…for someone like me with on and off gut issues and joint issues from overuse when I used to compete and run a lot…bone broth is super beneficial! Deets: see stories for fries, but they need to be boiled then dried and baked! I seasoned them and tossed in coconut oil. For the sauce I mixed 1/2 cashew milk yogurt, 2 teaspoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons tahini, sriracha to taste and a teaspoon coconut aminos! •
