Hey there, lovely readers! ? So, let’s talk about the most common excuse I hear when it comes to skipping breakfast – “I don’t have time!” ? Whether it’s because you have to take your little ones to school ?, or you hit the snooze button one too many times ⏰, or maybe you’re just not feeling hungry (gasp! ?), it’s time to stop the excuses and make the time for breakfast! ? Because guess what? You are important, and so is fueling your body with a nutritious meal in the morning. ?
2020 is all about starting fresh and forming healthy habits, so let’s kick those old excuses to the curb and welcome in some new breakfast ideas. ? Personally, I’ve been craving peanut butter lately, so I whipped up a delicious peanut butter sandwich with some heart-shaped berries and grabbed it on my way out the door. ?? (Though, to be honest, I’m still feeling under the weather like a sick little pup ?)
I hope you all are feeling a lot better than me and that you’re ready to tackle the day with a belly full of goodness. Remember, it’s all about making small changes and embracing a healthier lifestyle – one tasty meal at a time. Have a fabulous Friday, everyone! ?✨ #BreakfastIsImportant #HealthyEatingGoals #NewYearNewBreakfast
