Protein:
✔ 150g roasted chipotle chicken, sliced
Toppings:
✔ ½ avocado, sliced
Creamy Yogurt-Tahini-Collagen Sauce:
✔ 2 tbsp almond milk yogurt
✔ 1 tbsp tahini
✔ 1 tsp coconut aminos
✔ 1 tsp lemon juice
✔ 1 scoop collagen peptides

1️⃣ Prepare the Base & Veggies
- Wash and chop all vegetables as needed.
- Sauté the mushrooms in a non-stick pan until tender.
