The TEMPEh(rature) outside is making me almost as happy as this plant-based HAZELNUT meatless Monday bowl! Seriously, it’s supposed to be 80 this week!!!!! 🙃 Not going to lie, as much as I LOVE creating recipes, this @purplecarrotxo meal was perfect today. I made the Moroccan Hazelnut Grain Bowl which came with everything ready…radishes, cucumber, hazelnuts, tempeh and this BOMB dressing made from ras al hanout, champagne vinegar, olive oil, parsley, shallots and orange zest! I haven’t made tempeh in so long and now I’m in love again. I subbed chickpea pasta for the fregoli to make it gluten free! Happy Monday all! •
