This week has been a HASSLE But the FRY day gang is all here…hassleback potatoes, roasted tomatoes, avocado, TURMERIC SESAME hummus, greens ? Happy Friday loves. I’ve been a bit absent past day or so, dealing with some personal stuff and if you saw my stories working on a fabulous new house project ?. Can’t wait to catch up with all of you. I spent my morning doing some self care for myself…chiropractor, quality time with my nephew and some retail therapy ? Got home a little while ago and I was HUNGRY. I made these potatoes yesterday (peep my stories for instruction) and heated them up today in the oven with some roasted tomatoes, added some arugula, avocado and his new turmeric sesame hummus I made this week. Hummus: one can chickepeas (I remove outer layer with a paper towel), 2 tablespoons tahini, 2 tablespoons olive oil, one tablespoon sesame oil, 1/4 Cup cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon turmeric (or more if you love it). Blend until smooth in food processor and add water if you want it thinner. •
