If you dream of running marathon, short and intense workouts will not be too helpful. But if you intend to build some muscles or lose some fat, intense, short workouts should definitely be your choice.

If its cardio, go for #HIIT.

If your are working with weights, go for intensity and increase the weights, rather than the volume. This will permit a healthier progress and will save you time.
