Tip of the day —> Slow Down! You Eat Too Fast!⬇️
The reason I wanted to share this #tb is because I realised I kind of don’t feel satisfied after eating my meals and that’s because I am in a rush and I eat too fast! I decided to create the time for my meals to eat slowly and enjoy it!
💡Did you know it takes approximately 20 minutes from the time you start eating for your brain to send out signals of fullness?!
☝🏻If you too are someone who eats too fast and never feel satisfied and full, EAT SLOW, CHEW MORE!
❗️This can be the best advice I can give you for losing weight! I usually have big meals and if I also eat slow, I don’t feel the need of snacking till my next meal!
