TOASTING to Thursday with these Paleo toasts and a new ROASTED CAULIFLOWER “HUMMUS” recipe (three ways!) This recipe is vegan and has no beans so technically not a hummus but it tastes like it! Made a regular, chocolate and curry version. SIDE NOTE…I don’t promote any specific diet, so when I use terms like “Paleo” or “vegan” I am simply defining a recipe….easier than stating everything It DOESN’T have. See below for deets! Deets: @julianbakery Paleo seed bread…one with plain cauliflower hummus, pea shoots and a @vitalfarms Egg…one with chocolate cauliflower hummus, caramelized banana, berries, @bhufoods Granola, @spreadthelove Almond butter…one with curry cauliflower hummus, avocado, @brightfreshmicrogreens, @salbachia Chia seeds and tahini…one with homemade coconut milk yogurt, strawberries, chocolate chia seeds, chocolate chips and mint.
HUMMUS: one whole roasted cauliflower (cut up, drizzled with olive oil and baked on 450 for 30 minutes), 1/4 Cup tahini, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt in food processor.
