Today I had the pleasure of cooking with these Chinese sauces made by the experts Lee Kum Kee.
I used their Premium light soy sauce, their sweet soy sauce and their Red braising sauce in each of the three dishes I’ve featured (Swipe left to see them all).
My favourite @lkkeurope sauce by far was the red braising sauce! It has a beautiful rich soy bean, sweet and rice wine taste that went so well with the tofu. I didn’t have to do much, I literally just baked the tofu then let the tofu soak up the sauce and it turned out extremely delicious!
If you’re interested in trying out any of their sauces, I would totally recommend the red braising sauce, it was super 👌🏾
