Today I’m talkin’ SNACKS and I want to know- how often do you enjoy a HOT snack?

Snacks are usually thought of as something QUICK that can be eaten on-the-go amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life 👩‍💻🏃‍♂️Even as I recommend snacks to my patients my first thoughts are often a healthy packaged option (such as a low sugar protein bar) or non-perishable things (think nuts and fruits) that are quick and easy.

But think about the number of times you’ve been at home, or maybe at the office, and you’re hit with a snack attack…this could be your chance to prepare something equally FAST but that doesn’t have to be the same ol’ room-temperature standbys!

The snack I made at home the other day HIT THE SPOT and I just had to share this fast, filling, and delicious TWO MINUTE TACO! 🌮
