?Recipe fritters: whisk 1/2 cup whole-wheat (or all-purpose) flour, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp ancho chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder. Add 1 deseeded diced jalapeño, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1 cup corn, 1/4 cup plant milk, salt to taste. Mix well to combine. Form fritters and bake at 400F until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes), flipping half way. ?Recipe Caesar dressing: Blend 1/3c tahini, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2tbsp low-sodium Tamari, 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/3c water, zest+juice 1 small lemon, salt to taste. .
