VEGAN ESPRESSO MOCHA SMOOTHIE BOWL! Get you coffee fix, your veggies AND your protein all in one ? This smoothie was BOMB! I used my favorite @mrm_usa chocolate mocha veggie protein (see my stories if you’re interested in trying!) It came out so thick, creamy and delicious. How was everyone’s weekend? I took a little IG break, but I did do some stories…spent Saturday hosting a fun cookout with all the kids and being a dance party judge! Yesterday I got to see my nephew, which always makes my day. ❤️ What did you do? Anything fun?

Deets: blend together 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen pre steamed cauliflower (or sub with more banana or frozen zucchini), 3/4 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup thick yogurt (whichever you prefer…I used almond milk yogurt), 1 tablespoon ground espresso, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 1 scoop @mrm_usa chocolate mocha protein, dash of cinnamon. **I also mixed 2 teaspoons of agar powder with 2 tablespoons warm water and blended it in with frozen ingredients to thicken a bit. If you do this I recommend blending it with liquid and protein powder then adding the frozen! Top with cherries, banana, chocolate and nut butter! (Optional but…yeah ?)
