Very simple lunch of spinach and mushroom tortellini in sage butter, topped with roasted pine nuts. I didn’t make the tortellini myself – no such skill ? I’m currently enjoying yeh beautiful ‘summer’ weather we have today. Have a lovely afternoon everyone ?
