Now I do wanna be clear, at TSN my fit babe clients?‍♀️ and even myself eat all foods. In fact, that’s the beauty of calorie tracking?? and mindful eating??… you can eat FUN foods like regular peppermint mochas when you realize how to fit these treats into your calories?

What do I love more though??Finding small swaps to cut out calories and sugar… especially when my favorite coffees look more like desserts than actual coffee!?

??On the left is the OG iced peppermint mocha from Starbucks (420 calories)
??On the right is a lower calorie peppermint mocha cold foam I came up with using Sorority Nutritionist Starbucks Swaps! (60 calories)
.
?To order the lower calorie mocha situation, get a grande cold foam cold brew and ask for 1 pump skinny mocha in the coffee, then ask for 1 pump peppermint in the cold foam. If your store doesn’t have skinny mocha, get 1 pump regular mocha (adds an addition 20 calories)
