A lot of people have asked me recently if I make my own almond milk. The answer to this this no. The reason: partly because I really don’t have time (more likely that I’m lazy 😜) and partly because commercial brands are fortified with calcium, B12 & vitamin D. Since I’ve been extremely bad with taking supplements, I feel better knowing that I’m getting B12 especially through milk & nutritional yeast.
