Which of these would you pick today?!?by @no.food.rules ✨⠀

Some days I have one scoop, some days three. ?♀️Usually always with sprinkles! ? I listen to my body to tell me how much is the amount that satisfies me. No looking at calories to decide what will “fit”, ?♀️ no cutting out carbs at dinner to “allow” myself, and no tacking on a few extra miles to my run to “earn” it. You can do this, too, ❤️ I’m so confident.⠀

Saying “I’m going to stop at one scoop no matter what” is going to set you up to want to eat more, hate to break it to you. ?Our minds see this as a form of restriction and say “Well, shoot. She won’t let me have this anymore?! Better get more now while it’s here!” Instead, enjoy your ice cream mindfully. ?That means noticing the taste, texture, satisfaction, etc. You’ll be shocked at how differently your body responds and how differently you FEEL. ?Eating mindfully can also reduce the guilt you feel when eating food deemed “bad” by diet culture because you’re actually allowing yourself to ENJOY it!?
