You babes already know this, but I’m a PROUD supporter of Starbucks!? When working with my clients in my 1:1 coaching program, I actually get really excited if one of my babes asks me about what to order there. Why?? 1) Most women I work with are frustrated that they can’t lose weight despite having NO IDEA how many calories they consume in their morning coffee? 2) I get to share my simple Starbucks swaps to help them make realistic adjustments to their order to help them lose weight?‍♀️⠀

During a recent check-in call with my client, she told me she orders a white chocolate mocha almost every day!!!?? She knew it tasted “too good” to be “healthy” however she had NO IDEA she was consuming an additional 3,000 calories per week ordering this drink every morning!?⠀

Instead of cutting it out completely, we talked about cutting back on how many days per week she orders this drink and thought of a fun way to swap some of those calories to help her save them for REAL FOOD!? I shared this easy swap with her to help her save 300 calories per day, and she’s been hooked since!!⠀

To order my white mocha cold brew, ask for a grande cold brew with 1.5 pumps white mocha sauce & 2 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup. Top it YOURSELF with a light serving of half & half cream!?⠀
