Recently I was chatting with an old client of mine, and we were discussing how far she’s come since finishing my weight loss program. As we reconnected, she described our 1st coaching call together and the exact moment she realized she had a negative mindset towards carbs. Although she ate wicked low carb all day, she soon realized her Starbucks order was not the most nutritious food choice, and the only carb food she allowed herself to have all day!⠀

She told me how mind-blowing it was for her to learn that her Starbucks drink packs 74 grams of carbs! After working with me, she began focusing on getting most of her carbs from whole foods like sweet potatoes, fruits & veggies.
