Why?? 1) Most women I work with are frustrated that they can’t lose weight despite having NO IDEA how many calories they consume in their morning coffee🙈 2) I get to share my simple Starbucks swaps to help them make realistic adjustments to their order to help them lose weight👯‍♀️⠀
