Running out of ideas for tasty snacks? Here are 6 of my favorite snacks to enjoy! These are perfect as a mid morning , afternoon or after dinner snack!? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don’t eat boring snacks during this time at home! Change it up! ?? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
?PB sandwich: I slice 1/2 a small banana into coins and use 1 tsp peanut butter to smear on 3 of the coins. I then sandwich it with the remainder of the coins and rope each off with a mini chocolate chip ( coming in at around 85cals)⠀
?Grapes & cinna yoghurt: 1 take 1/2 cup grapes and top with 150g plain fat free yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon! (Coming in at around 91 cals)⠀
?Spicy popcorn: I take 1 cup air popped popcorn & spray with a little olive oil spray ( so that the salt can stick)! I then top with smoked paprika, salt & onion powder. ( coming in at around 35 cals) ?Zucchini brownie: so fudgey and delicious! Recipe on www.wholesome-lee.com- all flavors are 100 cal or less ?Melon & cinnamon: 1 take one cup of chopped melon and top it with a sprinkle of cinnamon! Coming in at around 60 cals⠀
?Yoghurt frozen blueberries:i take 100g blueberries dipped in 100g plain low fat organic yoghurt sweetened with stevia. I make this by taking a toothpick and dipping the blueberries into the yoghurt( if you’re lazy and don’t care for appearance you can pour blueberries in bowl of yoghurt and mix until all of them are well covered). I then line a tray with baking paper and spread the blueberries on it evenly. Place in the freezer and allow to set! You may want to allow it to set and then dip it again repeatedly and freeze it to form a thick layer of yoghurt around the blueberries! At only around 82 calories for the whole bowl! .⠀
