Who wants to join me for some yummy toasts with beetroot hummus? ??♀I’m on such a beetroot kick right now, I don’t see it stopping any time soon ?

My beetroot toasts are topped with ?and pine nuts, and cherry ? and pomegranate seeds. I loved both of these toasts, but the baby ?and pine nut combination was a party in my mouth.
