Who’s up for some pudding for breakfast 😁 I have to admit it’s taken me a little while to like the texture of chia seed pudding, but I’m finally here 😊
✨Combine 30g chia seeds with ¼ teaspoon vanilla paste, 200ml coconut milk (carton version), 1 tablespoon chocolate superfood powder, 3 teaspoons maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon. ✨Let the mixture rest in the fridge overnight.
For the chocolate yoghurt, ✨melt two squares of dark chocolate then combine with around 150ml of yoghurt.
To serve, spoon chia pudding into a bowl, add choc yoghurt then top with berries, pumpkin seeds & dedicated coconut. If you try the recipe, adjust the sweetness as needed.
