?With 100K of you here now, it’s probably time I drop in and say a quick hello and share what is behind my passion for starting @cookingforpeanuts.
As you may already know, I am a mom of three sweet (most of the time?) girls…ages 14, 12 and 11. Having 3 children within the space of 3-1/2 years is somewhat accelerated, to say the least, but my hurricane of a personality likes to get things done quickly and efficiently. I think this aspect of myself is reflected in my recipes and cooking style. My hope is that by sharing my quick and mostly simple vegan recipes, I will inspire you to cook more and to not be intimidated by the preparation of delectable, plant-based meals. I feel one of the greatest gifts I have given my three girls is a true appreciation for home cooked food and a love for fruits n veg. I hope to foster this same enthusiasm in all of you as you continue to so generously support me on my culinary journey. ❤️
