You beautiful souls have left so many lovely comments on my last post. I’ve read every single one of them. It will take a while to respond to each of you, but I will ?

I must be the only person that forgot St. Patrick’s day at the weekend ?? Some of you thought my bowl yesterday was a belated celebration, but it was just a coincidence.

I’m dedicating this plate of pesto linguine to St. Patrick’s day. Better late than never, right? ??

This pesto recipe is not identical to the one I’ve posted in the pasta, it is actually completely fat-free. I discovered at the last minute that I’d run out of sunflower seeds so I made it without. I’ve also swapped spinach for rocket (arugula) and used a little more garlic and nutritional yeast. If you’d like me to post this recipe on my blog, just let me know ?
