No shaming here, I used to do the exact same thing ? until I discovered that the crust is the best part for toast. Seriously, I haven’t lost the plot! It gets super crunchy, and it is the perfect part to use when your topping or filling is quite wet. Forget the sogginess you get with the middle slices, that crunch will remain for a decent period of time unless you waste time taking photos like I’m doing now ?. On a serious note, stop throwing your crust away. Toast it and top it with what you love the most, I promise you won’t be disappointed.
