You know I can’t resist a SEAFOOD SUNDAY! Throw some CREAMY TURMERIC GINGER noodles in there and I’m a happy camper ?Happy Sunday loves and Xmas Eve Eve. I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. I took some time away from posting and engaging on here, because I really wanted to be present and enjoy some holiday time. Finished up some holiday shopping, wrapped presents, ate ice cream and cookies, drank lattes and relaxed a bit. How was your weekend? Who’s excited for the holiday? •

Deets: Baby spinach, shrimp seasoned with @primalpalate new bae seasoning and sautéed in coconut oil on medium high for about 2 minutes per side, sautéed mushrooms, Chopped purple carrots, avocado, chopped red pepper, @explorecuisine mung bean pasta tossed in this sauce (1/4 cup tahini, 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce, juice from 1/2 lemon, 1/3 teaspoon pepper and salt to taste…blend all ingredients until smooth and add water if needed to thin out) topped with micro greens, hemp seeds and cilantro
