We put a massive emphasis on nutrition, calorie deficit, fitness programming, supplements and many many more strategies to get in top PHYSICAL shape, right?!
HOWEVER…when was the last time you took care of your mind? Your mental well-being is equally as important as your physical health…the two go hand in hand and therefore JUST LIKE going to the gym to look after your physical well-being , you should dedicate time to invest in your brain health.
Here are some good starting points:
• spend time in nature.
• meditate.
• practice gratitude.
• focus of quality sleep.
• develop a breathing practice.
• manage stress DAILY!
If you learn how to connect the dots between your physical and mental health – then chance are, you will live a long HAPPY life.
