Am I the only one that thinks there’s nothing better than a simple sandwich? ?? Give me a ton of veggies and spreads between two pieces of hearty bread and I’m a happy camper ✨ My go-to combo is usually (a ton of) hummus, cucumber, tomato, red pepper, shredded carrot, red onion, spinach, kalamata olives + avocado, but yesterday our avos weren’t ripe enough (tragic), so we subbed in a homemade sriracha mayo (sriracha + lime juice + @followyourheart vegenaise) ? Paired it with some jalapeño kettle chips + carrot sticks and I was happy as could be ? What’s your favourite sandwich combo?!
