Anyone else find themselves craving soup on cold, rainy days?! ? I’m always a little sad when summer comes, because that means my apartment will be WAY too warm to enjoy a hot soup ?♀️ I’m soaking in the last few days of mild weather before the inevitable heat comes (not that I’m complaining) and this pho is the perfect rainy day meal ?? I add tofu, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and brown rice noodles to bulk up the broth, and add whatever sauces I’m feeling! The full recipe is a few posts back.
