Avo toast forever has my 💛 But I love to switch up the toppings depending on my mood- lately garlic roasted chickpeas have been my favourite, and such a simple way to add more protein and fiber ✨ I make a big batch of roasted chickpeas about once a week to use in bowls, salads, on toast or on their own! 🌿.
To make 👇🏼:
Drain and rinse 1 can of chickpeas. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika + a pinch of salt. Mix, then place on a lined baking sheet and toast at 450 degrees F for about 25 minutes until browned and crispy. The chickpeas will crisp even more once they’re cooled! 💛
