Baked Sweet Potato Fry Maki Rolls???with asparagus, cucumber, & pickled cabbage served with ginger miso dressing, edamame, and more fries. My 9 yo who loathes sweet potatoes ? ate a whole roll and liked it!!! Noooo? Yes she did ?(aka emoji for mind blown). Well I did put it in her favorite food.
