Buddha bowls are my lifeline when I’m going into a busy season of life 😍 With my last semester of my Masters (!!!) starting next week I’ve been thinking a lot about easy and nutritious meals I can pack on on the go for those days I’m away from home or just need something quick and easy ✨.
Buddha bowls are my favourite because they can be cooked on one baking sheet and are so versatile- my staple is a grain and/or potato + a legume + veggies + sauce 🌿.
