Came home from my morning run absolutely craving a smoothie just like this one ? This “nice cream” is just a mix of frozen bananas, cocoa powder + peanut butter, but today I added spinach, frozen strawberries, flax seeds + vegan protein powder ✨.

I love working out (most of the time ?), but I still want to be able to enjoy the rest of the day which makes refueling after a workout so important to me. This is why I always make sure to have a good mix of protein (from peanut butter, flax seeds, + protein powder), carbs (from the bananas +strawberries) + fat (again from the peanut butter + flax seeds) ? what’s your favourite post-workout meal? ?
