Can you believe there was a time that I didn’t like hummus?!  Now I couldn’t ima…

Can you believe there was a time that I didn’t like hummus?! ? Now I couldn’t imagine my life without it (or any form of chickpea for that matter ?) I love hummus because it’s so versatile – you can eat it with veggies, chips, crackers, on sandwiches, in bowls… the possibilities are endless ? I usually make a batch on Sundays with the intention of it lasting all week, buuuuut it’s always gone by Wednesday ?.

Hummus DEETS??
1 can of chickpeas, 2 tbsp tahini, 1/4 cup of water (may need more depending on your blender/food processor), 1 lemon (juiced), 1 large clove of garlic, 1/4 cup sundried tomato (optional), a pinch of salt + pepper. Blend it all together until smooth, adding more water if necessary ✨.
