Celebrating FRIYAY with these peanut butter cup bliss balls ✨ I made these snacks specifically for my plane ride back East tomorrow 💃🏼 I didn’t have any dates left- I’ve been doing a kitchen clearout so no food goes to waste-so I was a bit apprehensive about how they’d turn out 👀 Luckily they’re SO good and are also SO simple to make! 💫.
To make 👇🏼:
Grind 1 cup of oats in a food processor or blender for a few seconds until chopped, but stop before it turns into a flour. Mix in large bowl with 2.5 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon, a splash of vanilla, 1.5 tbsp maple syrup, 1.5 tbsp coconut oil, and chocolate chunks. Roll into balls and store in the fridge for up to 5 days! 💛
