Diving head first into FRYDAY with this delicious bowl of spicy sweet potato fries + maple Dijon tahini dip ✨ I never used to be a fan of mustard but now I can’t get enough, it’s crazy how much our taste buds change over time ? What’s one food you used to hate but love now?! ?.

To make ??:
Slice sweet potatoes into fries. Toss with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, cayenne, salt + pepper (all to taste), then bake at 450F for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup + the juice of 1/2 lemon. Enjoy! ?
