To make chili 👇🏼:
Sauté 1 diced yellow onion and 3 cloves of garlic in the pressure cooker until translucent. Add 2 stalks of celery, diced, 2 large carrots, diced, 1 sweet potato, diced, 2 cans of diced tomato, 1 small can of tomato paste, 1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed), 1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed), 1 cup of veggie broth, 2.5 tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tbsp cumin, 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika + 1 tsp chili flakes. Add lid and cook on high heat for 10 mins. Enjoy! :sparkles
