Happy Easter everyone! ?it’s a cloudy, cold day here so I’m throwing it back to these delicious oatmeal banana pancakes I made last week ? to make ?? blend together 1 banana, 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of plant milk (plus more if needed), 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Cook as you would normal pancakes! ?? I usually add in extras like coconut, blueberries, or chocolate chips depending on how I feel. Have an amazing Sunday everyone! ??
