Happy Monday everyone! ? I’ve had a productive day of work, kombucha making+ gardening in this gorgeous sunshine ☀️ But made sure to take a break for lunch to make this delicious “leftovers” wrap filled with avocado, sweet potato, quinoa, yellow pepper + cucumber all wrapped up in 2 leaves of Swiss chard! ? I also made my peanut lime dipping sauce (recipe a few posts back!) to go along with it ✨ Hope you all are having an amazing start to your week!
