Started this beautiful day off with a morning workout, followed by this glorious green smoothie (+ coffee ☕️), and now I’m settling into work for the day ✨ I’m a morning person so I love to start my mornings between 6-630 so that I have enough time to workout if I feel like it and relax a bit before starting the workday ?? What’s your ideal morning routine? ?.

Smoothie deets ??:
2 cups of packed kale, 2 handfuls of strawberries, a banana, 2 tbsp of flax seeds, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1/3 cup frozen edamame (sounds weird but you don’t even taste it!), 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp maca powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, + water to blend ✨
