Happy St Patrick’s Day! ? Starting this sunny Saturday off the best way I know how- with a huge green smoothie ?? Since going out to eat a ton this past week all I’ve been craving recently is my usual fruit, veggies, whole grains, legumes, and nuts and seeds ✨ But to be honest, I hate the mentality so many people have of “getting back on track” after not eating your “usual” foods. For me, I’m happiest and healthiest when I’m eating exactly what my body wants, instead of constantly trying to force it to eat something that I’m just not craving. So today, that means a huge green smoothie for breakfast, but tomorrow that might be totally different and that’s okay ?? Our bodies are MUCH smarter than we are, so instead of trying to force it into eating things we don’t want, let’s all try to just be a little more in tune with what it’s asking for ?.

In this smoothie ??:
2 cups of packed kale, 2 banana, 2 handfuls of mixed frozen fruit (pineapple, peaches, strawberries + grapes), 1 tsp @ecoideas maca powder, 3 tbsp @manitobaharvest hemp hearts, 1 tbsp PB + enough water to blend ?
