Happy Sunday everyone! ☀️Snackin on this chia bowl post-run and pre Easter dinner 💐 The sun was out my entire run and it felt so good, but I couldn’t wait to come home to this chia bowl and get cooking tonight’s dinner! I’m making vegan Sheppards pie and carrot cake because that’s what my mom always makes 💛 What do you guys usually have for holiday dinners?! 🌷.
To make:
Combine 3 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 cup of plant based milk, 1.5 tbsp of cocoa powder, 2 tsp maple syrup, + a pinch of sea salt in a mason jar or air tight container. Shake until we’ll combined, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with whatever toppings you like best! ✨
